From top to bottom:
Tips (Few - Normal - Many)
Camera control Y and X axis (Normal - Inverted)
First person camera control Y and X axis (Normal - Inverted)
****Use X to sprint (Off - On)****
This option only appears in the in-game options screen. If you have this set to "Off", Kenshiro will sprint without you holding down X and you walk when you hold the button down
Mini-map display (No - Yes)
Mini-map positioning (Fixed - Rotate)
Subtitles (No - Yes)
****Auto-Pressure Points Mode (Off - On)****
This option only appears in the in-game options screen. Cannot be turned on when playing on EX-HARD
****Easy Secret Techniques Mode (Off - On)****
This option only appears in the in-game options screen. I don't remember seeing this option at the start of the Prologue, so I'm guessing it only appears after you are introduced to Secret Techniques later in the chapter
Blood (Normal - Mild)
"Abeshi Audition Voice" (No - Yes)
When you kill a regular enemy (a "small fry" enemy) using a special technique, the voice with which they cry out can be changed
Last two options are screen brightness and contrast
(note: I think if you have the premium edition you can change Kenshiro's appearance in the options screen. I only have the regular edition so it doesn't appear in mine)
Items - Switch (with R1/L1) between regular items, "Parts", "Materials", "Important Items"
Medals - This game's version of the "completion" thing from Ryu ga Gotoku Zero, or the "virya list" from Ishin
Data - When you select this, you can examine tips (TOP OPTION), or see your completion list such as food you've eaten and equipment you have obtained (SECOND OPTION), your "Abeshi Collection" (THIRD OPTION), "Abeshi Audition Voice" (FOURTH OPTION), and an in-game encyclopedia with information about people (BOTTOM OPTION)
Options - You can load game, access the options, or quit to the title screen
